Due to recent weather and current parking lot conditions, we are implementing an updated parking plan for this weekend. Please read the following instructions carefully before heading to the venue:

On-Site Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not have a pre-purchased pass, you can pay for parking on-site by scanning a QR code upon arrival.

Overflow: We are continuously monitoring lot capacity. If the on-site lot fills up, we will send out an email alert and all subsequent arrivals will be directed to our off-site lot at Leicester Middle School (174 Paxton St, Leicester, MA 01524).

On-Site Parking is Sold Out: To prevent lot overcrowding, we have turned off all remaining on-site parking pass sales for the weekend.

Pre-Purchased Passes: If you have already pre-purchased an on-site parking pass, your pass will be honored.

Off-Site Parking: If you do not have a pre-purchased pass, you must park off-site at Leicester Middle School (174 Paxton St, Leicester, MA 01524).

Free shuttles will run between Leicester Middle School and the venue from 7:15 AM to 7:00 PM.

If you are parking off-site but staying for the Maple After Dark evening event, please take the shuttle back to the middle school to retrieve your car, then drive back to Maple Hill to park on-site for the evening. Maple After Dark parking on-site will begin at 6:30pm. First tee time is at 7:00 pm.
